GEYSERWISE Max 12V Solar Kit for Pumped Solar Geyser can be fitted on a pumped solar geyser to provide solar-powered hot water circulation (12V all brass pump, 10W solar panel, 12V 4AH battery) coupled with an intelligent temperature and power consumption optimization system (Geyserwise Max kit).

  • Provides clear readings of water temperature, time, day, heating mode and malfunction conditions
  • Water can be heated automatically or manually
  • Simply set up to 4 different temperature settings between 30°C and 65°C (factory setting of 55°C)
  • Programmable timer with 4 x time setting that can be set daily
  • Equipped with a mechanical thermal cut out at 90°C & notifies you of error conditions
  • Hot Water is circulated by the 12V pump with full brass housing, powered by the 10W solar panel with battery backup

Based in Cape Town & started in 2004 by Meinhard Fourie, Geyserwise found a need in the market for measuring, managing and minimising electrical consumption of the everyday residential electric geyser.   • Hi i am currently putting a log home up and need some suggestions regarding a geyser setup Electrical or Gas what will the cheapest options be as im retrenched during lockdown.

    Dear valued customer,

    In regards to long term investment: a solar geyser setup will be cheaper. But based off of a small capital investment, the gas geyser setup will be cheaper.
    The solar setup will not require power from the grid, and the evacuated tubes have an incredible shelf-life compared to what a gas geyser can offer. The gas geyser setup consumes gas continuously and therefore your costs are dependant each month on the gas prices.
