EcoDepot Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Returns

EcoDepot will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. All of our products may be returned, unless specified otherwise in the product description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, sent to info@ecodepot.co.za. Please send your purchase back to EcoDepot.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once the item has been inspected and the return has been validated, we will at your choice:

(a) refund you via your original payment method

(b) refund you in store credit

(c) repair the item (if such repair is possible)

(d) replace the item (if stock is available)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@ecodepot.co.za and send your item to EcoDepot.
