    regarding the cutout size needed for the EUROLUX Round Extractor Fan, 10 Inch, White, 40W Motor,
    300mm is exactly the measurement needed to be cut out of the wall/Roof.
    these types of products, "like downlight fittings" will always give you the measurement you need to cutout
    with three or four mm extra to cater for small damages caused by blunt hole saws.
